Tyler meets organ procurement team at LifeGift.org's
headquarters in Houston, Texas.
Tyler D. Nelson is a 16 teen year old Cystic Fibrosis patient who needs a liver and lungs transplant. Tyler gets to meet the organ procurement team at the LifeGift.org headquarters for the first time. His mission is to encourage more families to register to be organ donors.
